Provides funding and administrative oversight for services in thecommunity that support people and their families living withserious and persistent mental illness, children and adolescentswith a mental health diagnosis, individuals with intellectualdisability, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and childrenbirth to age three (3) for early intervention services.Through an intake process, a person’s eligibility for services andfunding is determined and referrals are made to appropriateprograms that correspond to service needs.

  • Eligibility Requirements:Children birth to age 3 who live in Lebanon County who have adevelopmental delay or at risk of developing a delay. Delay isdefined as 25% delay of the childs chronological age or 1.5standard deviation below the mean in the following developmentaldomains: cognitive, communication, physical, social/emotional, andadaptive/self-help. Child can also qualify if they have beendiagnosed with a medical condition that places them at risk fordelays such as down syndrome, autism, vision or hearing impairment.
