The Domestic Relation office deals with many problems of broken marriage, estranged spouses, children born out of wedlock, separated families, indigent parents and children committed to the custody of the Department of Children and Youth Services. It is mainly concerned with financial problems arising from these circumstances and is responsible for the establishment and enforcement of support orders to financially aid those involved. The Domestic Relations office acts as the Court's agent in these matters.

Hours:
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

Target Group:
Divorced or separated individuals and parents of children born out of wedlock.
