My caseworker & the office have treated me respectfully, nice, & are efficient when you're prepared. The phone system is poorly planned, inefficient, insufficient, & ends your call leaving you helpless if you are expected. Plan NOT to utilize their phone. Sad for disabled.

Every single time i have to re submit semi anual forms my there is an issue and something fails and i lose all services and have to get a hold of the office.. The phone service is an atrocity it goes nowhere and provides information that takes way to long that you dont even need and when done listening to the dribble it hangs up..

the telephone system is terrible. I receive a letter saying they have not received the requested verifications and if I have questions, to call them. My case worker is Mrs. K. Early. The number for this case worker is 717-270-3673. It either rings for 7 times and cuts me off or I get the sweet message that they value my calling them and since they are busy, might I call them again later, click. I have never spoken with anyone there. I sent in the verification and perhaps the second letter they sent to me passed my letter to them in the mail. I don't know. This phone system is non-functional. I have called at least 7 times over the past 3 days.

If you get the number for your case worker's desk (which you only get if they give it to you) I have had them pick up immediately- and then berate me for not calling back sooner!! I was calling the office number and the 1-800 number before that- no answer, no place to leave a message, just cuts you off. While I did have one or two people there treat me nicely, I have had others treat me like total scum.

Why can you never get a hold of anyone at this office? How are you supposed to get help or talk to a case worker when you literally cannot get through? After selecting the english prompt, I'm given the dates payments are made and then it hangs up, every single time. It's really infuriating when you have no idea if all your extremely personal documents were received or just floating around somewhere.

Your caseworker with the heavy, Eastern European accent is a horror. Not only could we NOT understand her, as I believe English must be her second or THIRD language, but she is an un-feeling humanoid that has no empathy for anyone. She was insulting to my wife - who left because of how horrible this caseworker is - and became irate with me when I asked her to repeat herself because I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HER! If you choose your caseworkers as to who can be the most offensive, cold-hearted and annoying to lessen people actually coming IN to the office, you certainly nailed it with this person!
